Koko33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined herein:

• "koko33 Platform" refers to the koko33.best website and all services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with koko33 and is aged 18 or above.
• "Deposit" refers to a transfer of funds by a Member into their koko33 account for the purpose of gameplay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer a Member's koko33 account balance to their bank account or digital wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by koko33 to Members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount a Member must reach before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to an independently certified random number generation system used across all koko33 games.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by koko33 to comply with AML standards.

To register and use the koko33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

Registration on koko33 is free of charge. By registering, you agree to:

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account — whether or not carried out with your knowledge — as a result of failing to keep your password confidential.
• Notify koko33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Koko33 reserves the right to decline registration applications, suspend or close existing accounts, and forfeit account balances and bonuses on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity.

Koko33 offers a range of local Malaysian payment methods for Members' convenience. All deposits are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your transactions secure.

Additional terms relating to deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the the same Member name with your koko33 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Koko33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the koko33 support team with proof of the transaction.
• Koko33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Koko33 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following withdrawal conditions apply to all Members:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that was the same name with your koko33 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• New members making their first withdrawal may be required to complete the KYC process before the withdrawal is approved.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours for requests submitted on business days. Requests made on weekends or public holidays may take up to 24 hours.
• Koko33 reserves the right to place on hold or reject any suspicious withdrawal request while an investigation is in progress.
• Any winnings obtained through unfair means, exploitation of system bugs, or fraud will be voided in full.

Koko33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general conditions:

• The 150% welcome bonus of up to RM 1,500 is for new members only with the first deposit. Only one claim is permitted per Member, per IP address, per device, and per household.
• The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount once received, must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• If the rollover is not completed within the stipulated period, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically voided. The original deposited amount is not affected.
• Rollover contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower percentage. Check the full contribution table on the relevant promotions page.
• Koko33 strictly prohibits hedging strategies, opposing-side bets, or any technique designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk. Violations may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Koko33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, koko33's decision is final.

All games available on koko33 are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed on the platform. The following general terms apply across all game types:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently audited RNG. koko33 does not manipulate game results in any way.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table selected. These limits are clearly displayed before you enter a game session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session — including internet outages, browser closure, or system failure — koko33 will endeavour to restore the session to its original state based on system records. koko33's decision in such matters is final.
• For Live Casino games, players must follow the dealer's instructions and adhere to the table rules in place. Disrespectful communication or disruption directed at the dealer may result in suspension of access to that table.
• Sports betting and e-sports are subject to additional terms set out in the Sports Betting section of the koko33 platform.

Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the koko33 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and referral of the matter to the relevant authorities:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's personal information, or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the koko33 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• System Exploitation: Seeking out or exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Unauthorised Software: Using automated bots, artificial intelligence software, or any other automated tools to act on behalf of a player without koko33's authorisation.
• Multiple Account Ownership: Registering or using more than one account to obtain bonuses or additional advantages.
• System Disruption: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical operations of the koko33 platform in any way.
• Bonus Abuse: Using targeted betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts.

Koko33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A finding that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Member for responsible gambling reasons.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity of any kind.

Members may also request the closure of their own account by contacting the koko33 support team. Such requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any valid account balance will be returned to the Member upon completion of the closure process, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable conditions.

Koko33 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Koko33 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.
• Koko33 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of playing on the platform, including losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Koko33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Koko33's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

Koko33 takes our social responsibility seriously. We provide the following tools to help Members manage their gaming responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect within 24 hours of being set and may be decreased but cannot be increased immediately.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit for a defined period. Once this limit is reached, koko33's system will automatically block any further betting.
• Temporary Account Restriction: Members who need a break may request an account suspension for 30, 60, or 90 days through the koko33 support team. Such requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the koko33 platform may contact the support team to initiate a permanent account closure.
